Varying factors can influence the condition of our sensitive jewelry. Please be sure to properly clean, polished and store your jewelry for long-lasting wear. Many of our materials are delicate in nature and should be worn with care.
HOW I CAN TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELS?
Tips to ensure your precious jewelry lasts a lifetime!
Storage: Many of our pieces are made with freshwater pearls which are delicate in nature. Protect your jewelry by individually storing each piece in a pouch. Always pack your jewelry with care.
Protect Your Jewelry: All jewelry is vulnerable to the hard knocks of daily life. Protect them by avoiding extreme temperatures, constant banging, scratches and harsh chemicals to minimize damage or wear. You can bathing with your jewels, however we recommend removing it so that stainless steel will not tarnish.
Cleaning Your Jewelry: Although stainless steel jewelry will not tarnish, it will get dirty. Protect your layer of gold and extend it's shine by periodically cleaning each piece and avoiding substances that aren’t PH neutral. Avoid spraying perfumes or applying creams directly to the jewelry. Even if you’re sure your jewelry hasn’t been exposed to any of the aforementioned substances, it has been in contact with your skin.
Like us, each alice & co. piece is totally distinct and no two pieces are the same. Variations in color, size and shape are only natural.
WARRANTY
All Alice & Co pieces are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery to the customer. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that become apparent during this period.
However, the warranty does not cover pieces with visible damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Checking Your Order
The buyer is obliged to check the delivered products immediately upon arrival. If the delivered product is not the product ordered, or if it is inadequate or incomplete, the customer must report these defects immediately by email to info@alicecostore.com.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, perfumes, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.

The natural fading of plating over time.

Scratches, bent rings, broken chains, or breakage resulting from normal wear.

Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling of the product.

The product has been processed, repaired, or modified by the customer or a third party.

The product has been exposed to abnormal conditions or treated carelessly.
Please note that breakage over time — especially due to regular use or contact with lotions, perfumes, or other cosmetics — is considered normal wear and is not covered by the warranty.
Requesting a Repair
To request a repair under warranty, please contact us at info@alicecostore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the piece.
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the issue is covered by the warranty.
Returning a Piece
The return of goods to Alice & Co must be in the original packaging (including boxes and documentation) and in new condition.
The customer is responsible for sending the piece to our facilities for inspection or repair. Commissioning after detection of a fault, damage occurring after the fault was detected, encumbrance, or resale after detection voids the right to claim and return.
Repairs & Costs
If your claim is accepted under warranty, you can choose between free replacement of the item or a refund.
Repairs under warranty are free of charge, however, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the repaired piece back to them.
